What you will contribute: The Inside SalesRepresentative is responsible for finding new agents, retaining thecurrent agent portfolio and developing innovative solutions forbettering sales and service. The job plays a crucial role inestablishing relationships and marketing Money Gram’s brand. TheInside Sales Representative sources new sales opportunities throughinbound lead follow-up and outbound phone/e-mail contacting. Whatyou will do: - Generate revenue via phone or virtual meetings byobtaining agent information, understanding and interpretingcompetitive requirements, providing market information, anddeveloping accounts in collaboration with the sales team. - Followa script to advertise products to interested consumers. -Facilitate the entire sales process from initiation of the originalcall through finalization of account set-up for each agent. - Filland communicate orders. - File documents, updates, and productinformation. - Respond effectively to consumer questions. - Exploreopportunities to create leads. - Develop current accounts. -Troubleshoot, track problems and navigate agents through Money Gramsupport structure. - Other duties as assigned. What we are lookingfor: Education - BA/BS degree in related field preferred orequivalent work experience. Experience - 2+ years’ experience in asales role, selling, and servicing customers. Essential Skills - Anengaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers. -Ability to communicate to both prospects and customers in German. -Ability to meet sales goals. - Ability to close sales. - Ability tobuild relationships. - Data entry skills / Excel / SF knowledge ispreferred.
