This influential role focuseson opening key opportunities for our largest mainframe customers bybuilding strong relationships and understanding their business andIT challenges. What will you be doing at Arrow ECS? - You will beresponsible for assisting our sales teams in technically qualifyingsolutions and their benefits to customers and/or partners. - Workclosely with account teams to understand customer needs andarchitect solutions that meet them. - Build relationships acrosscustomers' IT silos to understand their infrastructure, challenges,and the potential technical impact of planned projects. - Maintaindeep technical knowledge of Broadcom's mainframe products andprovide technical specifications and requirements documentation. -Effectively present and position the benefits of Broadcom'ssolutions to support clients' technical and functionalrequirements. - Provide technical leadership and oversight duringtrials, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and complex demos. - Clearlycommunicate technical requirements and ensure they meet clientexpectations. - Foster and build relationships with customers andpartners to develop references. - Assist account teams in achievingfinancial targets through the opportunity planning process. - Helpsales teams accurately assess and forecast opportunities. -Evaluate cost-effective options for executing opportunities withoutcompromising deliverable quality or customer perceptions. - Ensurelong-term stability and sustainability of the book-of-business. -Coordinate internal and external resources to effectively pursueopportunities. - Provide feedback to product management based onclient experiences to facilitate product improvements. - Masterinternal processes and tools for proposal development, solutionarchitecture, and need-based sales methodology. - Contribute to thecontinuous improvement of these processes. - Collaborate withvirtual teams and effectively lead them. - Work independently withminimal supervision to deliver high-quality recommendations usingrelevant best practices. - Mentor and share lessons learned withpeers and colleagues. - Demonstrate effective time management andproficiency in navigating Broadcom's internal processes andsystems.
