Your Job [#1786180] Keen to join a highly motivated team of media enthusiasts that is responsible for growing our client's media and marketing effectiveness globally? We are looking for a confident and creative orchestrator of Comms planning and campaign roll-out operations for a globally operating premium automotive client. Your key job is to enable media excellence in markets across the entire the globe, against an effective and consistent strategic framework that leverages data-led decisioning. Together with our interdisciplinary team located in the UK and Germany, you will develop industry-leading media strategies across all disciplines and establish suitable governance structures to implement them globally. • Create global Comms solutions & media guidelines for market roll-out in close collaboration w/ our interdisciplinary account team. • Coordination & workflow management of all involved stakeholders. • Day-to-day client consultation & key point of contact for agency partners and markets our client operates in. • Pacemaker for creating data-led & integrated global solutions at the forefront of technological progress, in close collaboration with digital media and MarTech experts. • Monitoring & steering of local market performance & strategic consistency via an effective toolkit of governance initiatives and regular one-to-one consultation. • Responsible for innovation mining & implementing media success measurement structures. • Category, competitor, consumer and media insight derivation informing gold-standard strategic work. What you'll bring to the role • Min. 4 years of experience in a multi-channel media planning / media strategy-related role (agency & corporate background are both welcome) with: Automotive industry knowledge and/or client experience as part of your career. • Profound Digital media and MarTech knowledge. • Excellent English skills in spoken and written form. • Well-versed in marketing theory. • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Powerpoint & Excel. • Excellent project management and self-organization skills. • Resilience to master a highly dynamic daily business. • Creative mindset, growth mentality & a strong level of curiosity to drive change • Confidence in solving unstructured tasks through creativity, self-initiative & high level of autonomy. • Great communication skills and a team player mentality. • Attention to detail.
