As a Working Student or Intern (m/f/d) you are an important part of our Human Resources team, actively supporting the employee life cycle and helping to digitalize our global HR processes. Working closely with our team of three dedicated colleagues, you'll gain hands-on experience across a variety of HR tasks, from maintaining employee data and improving HR systems to participating in both administrative and strategic projects that ensure smooth company operations.

• Optimization of our existing global HR processes/policies to develop company growth and increase efficiency in the team.
• Supporting and managing operational HR matters (e.g. preparation of certificates, contract amendments, onboarding) to ensure smooth administration.
• Maintenance, archiving and digitalization of employee master data in our HRIS and physical files.
• Support for the supervision of our early professionals to discover possible career opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to support in various projects (e.g. implementation of an HRIS tool) aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience.

• You are studying business administration/ HR Management, business psychology, business administration, sociology or similar.
• Prior experience in HR (e.g. trough internships or student jobs) is a plus.
• Due to your open, communicative, friendly and competent attitude, it is easy for you to be considered as an internal expert.
• You are highly self-motivated and drive your area of responsibility independently.
• Communication in English is a matter of course for you.
