To support the growth of our Consulting department, we are actively seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Consultant (M/F) to provide high-quality services for our client, a European Institution located in Luxembourg.

Your Mission: 

As a valued team member, you will play a key role in the development of our consulting practice within the European Institutions.

In this context, your main responsibilities will primarily be to:

  • Contribute to the delivery of several key projects and build trust in client relationships.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and in-depth analysis of organisational processes.
  • Support data collection activities by performing desk research as well as conducting interviews, surveys and workshops with various stakeholders at European level.
  • Analyse collected data and execute quality assurance controls to ensure data reliability.
  • Elaborate reports drawing conclusions and providing recommendations for our clients.
  • Contribute to the elaboration and execution of stakeholders engagement strategies and awareness raising campaigns.
  • Prepare and participate to client meetings.
  • Contribute with innovative ideas to continue developing new services for our clients as well as contributing to execute our growth strategy.
  • Commit to the development of our consulting practice by participating to the organisation of team events.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment on diverse projects.
  • Internship or up to 1–2 years of experience in consulting, research, or a related field is a nice to have.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative research methods and eager to develop analytical skills.
  • Effective communicator, able to adapt to different audiences and contribute to positive client interactions.
  • Creative, proactive, and open to sharing ideas that enhance consulting services.
  • Team-oriented, with a willingness to collaborate and learn from colleagues.
  • Flexible and enthusiastic about participating in both client projects and internal initiatives to develop our consulting practice.
  • Fluent in English; French is an asset.
