Role: Lead Software Engineer
Salary: Up to €110.000
Remote working policy: Fully remote within Germany

You’ll own the technical direction & implementation of the product domain with end to end IC responsibility & people leading responsibilities.

Role responsibilities
- Own the technical vision & design, implement & new deliver software features with full ownership
- Drive innovation, scalability, & efficiency in platform solutions
- Design, implementing, testing, deploying, monitoring, and operating highly scalable services in a microservices-based architecture
- Dealing with Multi-threading, concurrency, efficiency, & performance optimization
- Act as the Technical Architect to identify & provide optimisations for big data analytics & data streaming processes
- Take responsibility for the coaching & direction your squad to develop & maintain a high-performance engineering team
- Drive initiatives to identify & solve important problems, coordinating with stakeholders on platform wide technical challenges
- Take full accountability and own delivery, progress and quality of your squad
- Collaborate with product stakeholders and other members of the squad to scope and estimate optimal solutions for business problems including participating/leading daily stand-up calls
- Remove roadblocks, foster skill growth & ensure consistent high-quality delivery.
