- You support our sales colleagues in communicating with customers, following up on customer inquiries and coordinating information with suppliers
- You will work closely with the customs department, order processing and the sales force
- You take responsibility for your own product lines, manage established customer relationships and are responsible for acquiring new customers
- You will manage data in our CRM system, keep inquiry and quotation information up to date and maintain customer and product data
- You will support our sales colleagues in planning, coordinating and handling customer visits, trade fairs and seminars
- You will be involved in marketing activities and develop content for the press, webcasts and social media together with the marketing department, colleagues and partners
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. in wholesale and retail
- You have at least 3 years of practical experience in customer service and are confident in working with CRM systems, e.g. in order processing or sales
- You have a basic technical understanding and are willing to build up basic knowledge in this area - but you do not need to have any technical experience on your CV
- You have very good communication skills in German or English at C1 level
- You are passionate about actively and independently driving the development of your business area
