This is how you will make an impact as an IT Support Associate:
You support our Senior IT-System Administrator in the following tasks:
Hardware Management: Handle the setup, maintenance, and management of all company devices.
Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and manage the ordering of new computers and IT equipment.
Employee Support: Resolve technical problems for employees.
Software Access: Make sure employees have the right access to software and systems.
Audit Tasks: Be responsible for meeting audit requirements like ISO and C5 compliance.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Get hardware ready and set up system access for new employees, and handle the process when employees leave.
Your Profile:
You have completed studies in a relevant field (e.g., IT, computer science, engineering).
You possess experience with various IT support tasks, such as managing hardware, software installations, troubleshooting, and overseeing access management processes.
You have actively contributed to supporting audit processes like ISO or C5 certifications.
You are proficient in using device management tools such as Jamf or equivalent platforms.
You have hands-on experience with audit access governance tools like Zluri or equivalent solutions.
You have a very high command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in professional environments.
You are based in Berlin or the surrounding area and have the flexibility to come to the office when required.
