As part of the Leidos team as a Beneficiary ServicesRepresentative Floater, you will provide Beneficiary education andenrollment services for the TRICARE Overseas Program under theDefense Health Agency. You will also provide specific services toall eligible beneficiaries including beneficiary education andenrollment designed to assist in operating an integrated healthcaredelivery system for all eligible beneficiaries overseas. PRIMARYDUTIES: - Verify benefits eligibility and process enrollments,disenrollments, portability transfers, and more using the DefenseOnline Enrollment System, Customer Relationship Manager systems,etc. - Register TRICARE beneficiaries in the MHS Genesis system -Perform Primary Care Manager changes, following the MilitaryTreatment Facility guidelines - Provide education on resources andbenefits, enrollment/disenrollment information, and customerservice to beneficiaries on the phone and in person - Collect,process, retrieve, and disseminate transfer information foractive-duty and active-duty family member portability/disenrollmentprocesses - Conduct briefings for In Processing, Out Processing,Maternity, pre-separation/retirement and others - Provide basicclaims assistance such as providing information on the status ofclaims - Collect and record other Health Information intoapplicable systems - Assess the appropriate assistance level neededand refer or escalate as needed to address the issue at hand -Collect and report information on daily activities performed -Complete on a timely basis and comply with HIPAA regulations,Leidos, and other training and refresher courses - Maintainconfidentiality and proper handling of Protected Health Information- Provide remote support to Leidos BSRs at other sites - Provideshadow support to new BSRs as needed - Adhere to a business casualdress code - Other duties as assigned MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS: -High school diploma or GED - Must be SOFA/Command Sponsored as adependent of an Active-Duty Service Member, DoD employee or USContractor supporting the DoD - Must be a US Citizen - Be eligiblefor and maintain ADP IT III / Non Sensitive Position, Tier 1 -Three years’ cumulative experience in the following areas: -Experience in U.S. military healthcare delivery system or civilianmanaged care medical/administrative environment - Experience in amedical or clinical environment - Experience with MHS Genesis orcivilian healthcare computer system and in processing medicalclaims - Experience in a customer service environment DESIRED: - Befluent in English - Proficient in written and oral communications -Possess effective presentation skills - Computer literate withInternet research experience - Proficient with Microsoft Office2010 or later applications—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook -Ability to reply tactfully with people on the phone and in person -Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision -Excellent organizational skills and time management skills - Detailoriented - Ability to multitask - Knowledge of TRICARE Overseasprograms, Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS),DOES, and MHS Genesis.
