Are you ready to take Westwing’s B2B business to the next level? As Lead International Sales B2B, you will play a pivotal role in our international growth story, driving sales expansion into five new countries in 2025, with more to follow in the coming years. This is your chance to shape the future of B2B at Westwing and lead a talented team to success. This position is unlimited and located in Munich or remote in Spain or Italy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- plan, develop, and execute the international sales strategy by collaborating with the Founder & Head of B2B as well as the DACH team to refine and replicate our proven sales approach for international markets while identifying opportunities for improvement
- lead and inspire a high-performing team by hiring, mentoring, and managing four Country Sales Leads to ensure each country team achieves ambitious sales targets
- drive customer acquisition and retention by building strong relationships with key accounts and developing tailored sales initiatives to maximise customer lifetime value
- operationally manage one international country by overseeing day-to-day sales and customer activities, ensuring alignment with global goals while adapting to local needs
- implement a KPI-driven approach by establishing clear performance metrics to monitor and optimize sales activities, ensuring consistent growth across all markets
- act as an ambassador for B2B at Westwing by advocating for best practices, championing a customer-first mindset, and representing the business in internal and external forums
- optimise existing processes by using your expertise to enhance sales and operational workflows in DACH while scaling these improvements internationally
- a strong track record in B2B sales with at least 7 years of experience in sales and a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position, ideally in the furniture, home & living, or lifestyle industries
- leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing sales teams, taking a hands-on and growth-oriented approach
- international experience with a proven ability to navigate and succeed in diverse international markets, understanding cultural nuances and local business dynamics
- a strategic and KPI-focused mindset with the ability to develop clear strategies, break them into actionable plans, and rigorously track progress against goals
- expertise in sales, customer acquisition, and retention with a deep understanding of B2B sales cycles and strategies for growing key accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction
- an entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for driving growth in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- collaboration and communication skills with the ability to inspire teams and engage effectively with senior leadership
- fluency in English, with additional European languages being a plus
