(Junior) HR Shared Service Center Specialist PS DACH (f/m/d)

Main responsibilities: 

•    Contract creation and document/ certificate management
•    Employee File Management
•    Payroll and Time & Attendance
•    Reporting, Analytics + Audit Management
•    Master of systems and tools incl. user training
•    Data management incl. HRIS Systems / tools
•    Insurance, Pension Management and authority correspondence 
•    Maintenance Self-Service Knowledge Management Basis (ie. Intranet) 
•    Support or lead local / DACH digitalization and automation initiatives  
•    Participation in HR DACH / EMEA / Global Projects and Initiatives

Main requirements:

•    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    Min. 2 years professional experience in HR  
•    Sound understanding of German labor laws and regulations.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
•    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
•    Proficiency in HRIS (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
