The Primary Purpose: The Field Visual Merchandiser will be the key liaison and trainer for Tapestry Global Visual Merchandising standards and be the resource for our retail, outlet & Wholesale locations. The Field VM will partner with Global VM, Regional VM and Retail, Outlet & Wholesale management to ensure the store is always merchandised in line with VM Guidelines and correct standards. The position reports to the Senior Field Visual Merchandising Manager.

Training and developing In-Store VM to understand the store environment, customer flow, and product flow of the shop floor.

Training on all VM trends for the season

Training and developing In-Store VM on managing sell through while maintaining best in class VM presentations.

Training and developing In-Store VM on being mindful of Global VM directives when supporting business objectives.

Visual Merchandising

Communicating all seasonal VM Guideline messages and key ideas.

Communicating the monthly flow ideas and how they translate for the region.

Communicating styling and composition techniques to region when adapting VM Guidelines to architecture and assortment.

Organization & Time Management

Planning all workflows in advance to ensure smooth and successful VM execution in region.

Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency.

Ensuring workflows in region are executed in clear and transparent timelines.

Working autonomously or in teams as needed to achieve the best results: ensuring the right people are involved at the right time.
