I. Job Responsibilities

1. Market Expansion and Channel Building

- Conduct in-depth research on the characteristics of the German and European markets, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Assist in Developing and implementing strategies for promoting private brands and developing channels in the German and European markets.


- Proactively search for, screen, and develop local wholesalers and agents in Germany and Europe. Establish and maintain long-term and stable cooperative relationships to ensure the market coverage of the company's products in the German and European markets.


- Assist in business negotiations with potential partners, including communication and negotiation on cooperation models, product supply, price strategies, and market support. Reach win-win cooperation agreements and assist in the smooth implementation of cooperation projects.


2. Brand Promotion and Sales Promotion

- Assist in planning and organizing various online and offline marketing promotion activities, such as participating in industry exhibitions, holding product launches, and carrying out promotional activities. Enhance the popularity and reputation of the company's private brand in the German and European markets, attract end-consumers attention, and promote product sales.


- Assist in establishing good communication and cooperation relationships with local industry associations, media organizations, and opinion leaders in Europe. Leverage their resources and influence to expand the scope and depth of brand communication and shape a good brand image of the company in the European market.


- Collect and analyze market feedback information, promptly understand changes in consumer needs, dynamics of competitors, and opinions and suggestions from channel partners. Provide strong evidence and decision-making support for the company's product research and development, marketing strategy adjustment, and brand optimization.


3. Customer Relationship Management and Maintenance

- Serve as a communication bridge between the company and wholesalers, agents, and end - customers in Germany and Europe. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, properly handle customer problems, and provide high - quality pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.


- Regularly visit the market and customers, and understand customers' business development, sales data, and inventory situations. Assist customers in formulating reasonable sales plans and marketing promotion programs, provide professional sales training and technical support, and help customers improve sales performance and market share.


- Maintain close communication and collaboration with various internal departments of the company (such as product research and development, supply chain management, and finance), coordinate and solve cross-departmental problems, and ensure the timely delivery of customer orders, the stable and reliable product quality, and the accurate financial settlement.

II. Job Requirements

-Educational Background:

-A bachelor's degree or above. Majors in international trade, marketing, or clothing and textile-related fields are preferred.


- Language Skills: Fluent in German & Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Able to proficiently use German for business negotiations, contract drafting, market report writing, and daily work communication. Proficiency in English is preferred.


- Work Experience: Have at least 2 years of B - end sales work experience, be familiar with B - end sales processes and customer development skills, have an in-depth understanding of the European market, and be familiar with local business cultures and market rules in Europe.
