The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Ecommerce Marketing Manager (m/w/f) to join our rapidly growing team, with a specific focus on the E-Pharma sector. This role, based out of our modern Munich office, will allow you to play a pivotal part in shaping the online customer journey and accelerating growth across our digital pharmacy platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Ecommerce Strategy: Develop and execute ecommerce marketing strategies, driving traffic, conversion, and retention.
- Campaign Management: Plan and manage performance-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email, display, and social).
- Content Optimization: Oversee the creation and optimization of product listings, descriptions, and visuals to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborations: Work closely with product managers, account managers, and external partners to ensure alignment and drive successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Customer Experience: Enhance the online user experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey from discovery to purchase.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure marketing activities meet relevant regulatory requirements, particularly for OTC products.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ecommerce marketing, ideally within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industries.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Familiarity with e-pharma platforms and OTC product promotion is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Meta Ads Manager).
- Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
