The firm is backed by a major international investor with offices across several European countries.Our client plans to expand the team with a Transformation Associate who will take on a highly cross-functional role, collaborating with all parts of the organization, the management team, and the investor. What the job involves * Working closely with the Transformation Manager, key leadership of the firm and the investor to define, design and drive initiatives * Ownership of a subset of initiatives along with ensuring initiatives are progressing to plan * Define and track KPIs along; assessing risks and analyzing performance metrics to measure the impact of transformation efforts and identify areas for improvement * Support change management efforts to support employees through transitions, ensuring a smooth adoption of new processes and approaches * Collaborate with relevant Chief of Staffs and middle to senior leadership to secure support and alignment for transformation initiatives * Willingness to work in Frankfurt with further travel requiredWho we are looking for * Previous experience in management consulting with preference for transformation experience * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making * Very strong interpersonal skills, paired with a practical and ambitious mindset * Solution-oriented and independent way of working with exceptional analytical skills and data-driven approach * Native-level German and fluent English skills are requiredYou will be redirected to the company’s website – you must complete the application on their platform to apply.
