Business Unit / Role Specific Information

As an American Express Graduate, you will work together with your business unit and leaders to solve some of our most sophisticated business challenges. During the Graduate Program at American Express youll work with different Consumer, Merchant, and Commercial teams and develop a variety of essential business skills, whilst also building a deep understanding of the Payments industry on a Global scale.

Youll have the opportunity to challenge yourself across a variety of areas and develop a range of skills and networks, overseeing collaborative projects that deliver value to our business and customers, learn about our award-winning culture and network across our diverse business units and regions.

Our full-time Graduate Programme is a two-year rotational program designed to attract and develop diverse talent to be the future leaders of our organization. Each Graduate will spend 8 months across three diverse business areas, working on exciting projects aligned to the companys strategic, operational and financial goals. The program will automatically convert in a full-time position at American Express.
