About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy machine learning models for fraud detection, risk assessment, and personalized customer experiences.
Analyze financial transaction data to uncover actionable insights and trends.
Develop predictive analytics frameworks for credit scoring and customer behavior modeling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into fintech platforms.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR when handling sensitive financial data.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the company’s strategic vision for AI and data science.

What They’re Looking For

Experience: 5+ years in data science, ideally within the financial or fintech sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL; experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or Scikit-learn; and knowledge of big data tools like Spark or Hadoop.
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial systems, fraud prevention methods, and risk modeling.
