• Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to ensure long-term partnerships.

• Grow the affiliate network in Germany and abroad, amongst multiple channels 

• Expand brand awareness in new markets by engaging with local communities on forums and social media platforms

• Analyse local trends, customer behaviours, and competitive landscapes to develop actionable insights and strategies

• Collaborate with the marketing team to analyse marketing channel performance

• Negotiate partnership agreements, creating a win-win situation for both parties. 

• Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, addressing their inquiries and providing support.

• Regularly communicate with affiliates to update them on new products, promotions, and marketing materials.

• You have a keen interest in startups and a strong desire to learn new things

• You come with an entrepreneurial mindset, can work autonomously and drive action in a fast paced environment

• You have experience in building and maintaining long-term partnerships 

• You are process-oriented, structured with a high attention to detail.

• You possess business fluency in English, other languages such as German, Spanish, Italian or Dutch are a plus
