For our brand family WorldHotels, we are seeking a Junior Specialist Hotel Distribution & Support. You've come to the right place if you feel at home in the world of hotel distribution / revenue management and enjoy first-level support for our member hotels worldwide. In this role, you are our expert for the hotels and actively advise and support our member hotels. You feel comfortable in an agile, young team and are not afraid to tackle your customers' challenges on your own responsibility.

The main goals of the position are:

• Providing Support and consultancy for our hotels worldwide in all technical inquiries concerning revenue and distribution systems (such as CRS, GDS, IBE, OTA's, ICE Portal, etc)
• Ensuring visibility and bookability in all WorldHotels connected channels
• Maintaining relationship with hotels as well as internal and external stakeholders
• Completing Audits for Hotels as well as distribution channels
• Supporting distribution related projects

• Knowledge of distribution systems (CRS, GDS, IBE, OTA's, ICE Portal, etc)
• Knowledge of CRS SynXis (powered by Sabre Hospitality) is an advantage
• Revenue & Distribution Management
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• German and/or other foreign languages are an advantage
