At Craftly, we produce and distribute various do-it-yourself kits for drinks, food, and cosmetics worldwide under the brands DoYourGin, Craftly, and MUY-body.

We have already reached hundreds of thousands of customers in the EU and the US and are multiplying every year. Help us to grow sustainably and smartly and join our highly motivated and super nice (!) team in Berlin Kreuzberg.

You will assist in managing relationships with existing B2B customers and support the Business Development of Craftly.

• You will support the team in devising strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding into new markets.
• Collaborating with our product management, marketing, operations, and sales teams, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to strategic projects and help improve our sales processes.
• You will serve as a point of contact for our customers, assisting in day-to-day operations and coordinating order processing.
• You will help create presentations, sales materials, and competitive analyses.
• You will identify, prepare and participate in relevant trade fairs and events.

• Excellent communication skills with business level of German and English language.
• Residing in Berlin/its vicinity or openness to relocating for the new role.
• Enthusiasm for the DIY drink and food market is evident.
• Professional demeanor, drive, and a hands-on mentality are characteristic traits.
• Proficiency in presentations, negotiation skills, drive, and a hands-on mentality are your strong points.
• Initial experience in business development, preferably in the drinks/food/gifts sector is a big plus.
