As an intern at Strategy Engineers you will take on first responsibility from day one in terms of content. You are a fully integrated project team member and will work together with our experienced consultants on a daily basis.

You will get the opportunity to prove and develop your analytical skills in current client projects and you will experience face-to-face what the daily business of a management consultant is all about.

You are responsible for pre-defined work packages – for example, the preparation and processing of analyses or the documentation of workshop results or interviews – which you will work on independently and present to the project team.

• Excellent academic grades at a renowned university in a STEM subject
• Ideally first relevant, professional experience e.g. through internships in a management consultancy or technology-driven industry
• Fascination for technology and strategic questions
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Excellent analytical skills
• Team player, good communication skills, empathy, flexibility and enthusiasm

• You experience the variety to work as a management consultant on a real client project and on topics that drive the upheaval of technology-driven industries
• We put great emphasis to intensive coaching during the entire internship in order to guarantee you a steep learning curve
• At the end of your internship you get the chance to get a an interview with one of our partners and, if applicable, you will be given the opportunity to write your thesis with us or receive an offer for a permanent position
• Entrepreneurship is very important to us - therefore you are also involved in the development of our company apart from working on your current customer project
