Your next challenge:
Provide high-level administrative, operational and commercial assistance to the RMs in client management.
Day-to-day management and control of all the clients' queries, in collaboration with RMs (account openings, placements and investments, client visits, transfers, etc.).
Proactive follow-up of accounts status.
Proactively identify client needs and share the information with RMs.
Ensure the practical application of all the procedures, KYC surveillance permanent documentation of client activity and of the overall interaction with the client and monitoring of important transactions.
Test new IT tools
Your skills:
Experience in handling with clients both on the phone and per emails, in putting the clients first and provide a personal service
At least 5 years' experience in the banking environment and in an administrative role
Good knowledge of relevant internal processes and compliance obligations
Fluent in Dutch and English, any other European language would be seen as an advantage
Well-organized, flexible and disciplined, able to handle multiple tasks and client requests in a structured way
Strongly client- and results-oriented and motivated to be part of a team.
