In the context of the expansion of its activity and to maintain the guarantee of legal service of the  highest standards, our partner is a leading law firm implanted In Luxembourg. We are currently assisting them in the recruitment of a Senior Associate specialized in Investment funds.

Today, the firm offers specialized services in a variety of fields of expertise such as Investment Fund Law, Corporate Law, Litigation, Tax law and so on. Thanks to a careful internal organization, this firm offers a diversified range of services to a specific type of clientele. The funds you will take on are primarily alternative investment funds, and you will have the chance to be fully autonomous on your files.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Associate Funds – Fund Lawyer – Law – Law Firm

• Advising clients on the optimal course of action in terms of investment strategies while always keeping in mind their business objectives and strategy. This includes the fund set-up and fund structuring.
• Introducing and managing legal processes for a client portfolio of Investment Vehicles (non-regulated, semi-regulated, and regulated).
• Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and assessing the effects of recently enacted laws and regulations.
• Representing the firm in front of prospective clients and important stakeholders.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Senior Associate Funds – Fund Lawyer – Law – Law Firm

• You possess at least 5 years of experience within the Investment Fund department of an international or leading law firm in Luxembourg.
• You speak English and French fluently and are comfortable communicating both orally and in writing to a diverse panel of stakeholders. Any additional language is an advantage.
• Your dynamic and uplifting spirit allows for collaborative work and problem-solving.

In addition, you will be able to work from home regularly, up to 2 days per week for Luxembourgish residents and 34 days per year for cross-border workers.
