Your Responsibilities | Associate Corporate – Lawyer – Corporate Law – Global Law Firm

• You will be asked to advise your client regarding their entities’ lifecycle. For instance, you will assist them on constitutions, liquidations and restructurings. This also includes transactions such as mergers and acquisitions.
• You will intervene on the draft of needed legal documents and contracts for your clients such as articles of association, POAs, change of directors, statutes or memoranda.
• You will of course be in direct contact with your clients and advise them throughout all steps.
• You work closely with the Partner and will also assist junior associates should they have questions.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Associate Corporate – Lawyer – Corporate Law – Global Law Firm

• We are looking for a candidate who has at least 4 years of experience as an Associate Corporate/M&A in a Law firm in Luxembourg. Experience in international firms is seen as a strong asset.
• For this position, you should be fluent in English since it is the main business language internally and externally. Knowledge of French is a considerable plus.
• Ideally, you have previously had the chance to work with Private Equity clients and you are willing to deepen your technical skills on this level.
