We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging of our AI-powered ESG solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with our product, sales, and leadership teams to ensure that our products meet market needs and are effectively communicated to our target audiences. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in product marketing, with a passion for technology and sustainability.

• Product Marketing Expertise: You have a experience in product marketing, with experience in launching and positioning technology products in competitive markets.
• Strategic Thinker: You excel at developing go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with target customers.
• Content Creation: You have a talent for creating compelling marketing materials, including product collateral, case studies, and thought leadership content.
• Data-Driven: You are comfortable using data and analytics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make informed decisions.
• Collaborative: You enjoy working cross-functionally and thrive in a team environment, collaborating with product managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
• Sustainability Enthusiast: While not mandatory, experience or a strong interest in ESG, sustainability, or related fields is highly valued.

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within the tech industry.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing in a SaaS environment. AI, or similar technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to a broad audience.
• Experience working with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
• Willingness to travel for industry events and customer meetings as needed.

• Experience in the ESG or sustainability sector.
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
• Experience in market research, product discovery, or customer feedback loops.
