As a Junior Marketing Campaign Planning Manager you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing activations by efficiently managing the Marketing Calendar and acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders. This position is crucial for facilitating communication, coordinating activities, and optimizing project management processes within our marketing team. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that our (digital) marketing campaigns are strategically and effectively planned, benefiting both our customers and our company goals. This position is unlimited and based in Munich.

• manage the marketing calendar (incl. campaigns and business as usual activations) to ensure efficient and successful execution of marketing initiatives
• ensure frequent and efficient exchange between different stakeholders across the company (incl. marketing channels, retail campaigns) to align on calendar activations
• identify opportunities to increase impact of marketing activations and ensure timely execution considering overall company goals
• maintain and continuously improve our marketing calendar tool to ensure lean processes and transparency to relevant stakeholders
• monitor key milestones, timelines and progress for marketing campaigns to ensure timely execution and alignment with strategic goals
• support preparation of decision making proposals for overall campaign planning 

• 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or project management or a similar position, preferably in eCommerce or retail
• excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams paired with strong stakeholder management skills
• strong project and process management skills, demonstrating self-initiative and responsibility
• keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks
• strong analytical skills
• willingness to learn and develop
• fluency in English, both verbal and written
