Join our Account Management team, where you will gain a multitude of experiences assisting in the day-to-day operations of our B2B2C & B2B business units. You will work within a cross-departmental structure, handling tasks such as daily interactions with Moonfare’s partners, coordinating internal working groups on various partners’ requests and managing a plethora of other operational tasks.
You will:
Support the day-to-day operation of our Partnerships & Implementation teams, assisting with ongoing projects together with our partners as well as working independently on individual task assignments
Provide continuous feedback to Product teams to improve our customer journey
Collaborate with our KYC, Compliance, fund operations and legal teams to ensure partners can onboard investors in a reliable, efficient and legally compliant manner
Assist in the project management of strategic initiatives and new business opportunities
Maintain and optimise our CRM database in Hubspot
Maintain and optimise our client data gathering and cleaning process using Tableau
The next Moonfarian:
Enrolled or graduated with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or social science
Can adapt relationship-building and communication skills for a wide variety of audiences and stakeholders
Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
Demonstrates effective communication skills, particularly in consulting
Maintains a positive attitude and works effectively within tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential and experience with Hubspot or other CRM systems is advantageous
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages like French and German are advantageous
Salary: 2200€ gross per month

To be eligible for this position you should:
Have at least six months availability.
Have a valid Visa/Work Permit.
Be based in Berlin. (Relocation support is not available)
