Key responsibilities:
Conduct targeted outbound and inbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and social selling to generate new business opportunities
Take ownership and qualify leads by understanding their logistics needs, challenges, and potential for collaboration
Collaborate closely with the broader Growth team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads
Utilize innovative strategies to engage and educate prospects about Hive’s offering
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in our CRM system
Your profile
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets
Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and hands-on approach
Winner mentality, you want to help us win and reshape logistics landscape
You are native to German and can speak English
You are based in Berlin, or willing to relocate
You have sales experience, preferred but not required
You are ready to start as soon as possible
