Sales Account Manager

Our client are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join their team.


The company is a specialist in advanced components for engine systems in electric vehicles with a commitment to innovative technology and sustainability.


Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Forming and upholding enduring, reliable, and solid connections with a chosen group of important clients.
  • By implementing the specified sales plan, reaching or surpassing budgeted targets for volume, sales, and margin.
  • Increasing market share, gaining new clients, and breaking into new markets are all ways to grow the company's operations. Strengthening current clientele and projects in the TMS sector is another way to do this.
  • Developing and executing action plans and strategies for the area of responsibility's short-, medium-, and long-term sales and marketing development.
  • Ensuring the administration of international client contracts, including their implementation, negotiation, and documentation.
  • Frequent updates on the state of the company and the implementation of the action plans.
  • Responding to questions from clients.
  • The creation, structure, and costing of quotations
  • Analysing customer requirements and doing a team feasibility analysis.
  • Engaging in the plans for the benefit of the customers.


Your Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Degree in technology or business with strong technical comprehension
  • A track record of success in sales.
  • Several years of technical sales expertise, preferably in the automobile industry.
  • Outstanding pre- and post-sale preparation experience.
  • The capacity to initiate sales swiftly.
  • Prior experience working with international clients
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation abilities, with a strong customer focus.
  • Technical knowledge of valves.
  • Strong spoken and written English proficiency necessary.
  • Fluency in German and French an advantage
  • Effective time management, prioritisation, and multitasking skills.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Adaptability and creative problem-solving.
