Job Title: Retail Activation Manager

Location: Germany (Remote with national travel)

Salary: €70,000 - 85,000 + Benefits

The Advocate Group is proud to be representing a market-leading business within the consumer vape product industry and an organisation which is continuing to dominate this space.

We are leading the search for a driven and motivated professional to work closely with the wider sales team in the German market and drive growth within the Retail channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop relevant retail strategies with the purpose of increasing retail sales.
• Assist the Channel partners (Wholesales) to improve the sale-through.
• Building POS visibility in retail POS.
• FFT management and training, formulating daily work and assessment of FFT.
• Planning and implementation of retail-related activities.
• Weekly/monthly marketing reports.
• Report on private label performance and competitor performance.
• Develop retail strategies for new products.
• Manage resources, profitability and coordinate internal project deadlines.
• Liaise closely with marketing to ensure best-in-class activations.

Your Profile

• 5-10 years of sales experience, with 2 years’ minimum experience within specialist retail function, experience in FMCG, Smart phone, Tobacco are preferred.
• Results driven mindset and proactive, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong planning and organizing skills, ability to communicate effectively and prioritize.
• Comfortable multitasking, playing multiple roles and dealing with ambiguity.
• Strong IT skills across standard programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams etc.).
• Confident and personable – a great relationship builder.

Languages:

• Fluency in German and English are essential.
