• Interface between Business and IT as a Requirements Manager
• Act as the contact person for business, developers, IT operations, and IT project management.
• Define functional & technical specifications based on gathered requirements.
• Assist in the design of functional and technical architecture in collaboration with IT architects.
• Ensure quality assurance of the developed solutions.
• Communicate with external service providers regarding new developments.

• University degree with a background in computer science, (financial) mathematics/engineering, Business Administration or comparable qualifications
• Experience in Python and/or AWS are a plus
• Professional experience as an IT business analyst or a similar role are a plus.
• Preferable experience with regulatory requirements
• Enthusiasm and initial experience in digital assets are preferred
• Team spirit, high level of commitment and initiative
• Excellent German and English skills
