• Assisting in the development and execution of category strategies
• Supporting senior category managers in analysing market trends and consumer insights
• Managing SKU assortments and maintaining product databases
• Collaborating with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of products
• Monitoring inventory levels and recommending replenishment orders
• Conducting competitor analysis and benchmarking
• Assisting in promotional planning and execution
• Providing regular reports on category performance metrics

• Degree or training in Business Management
• Proven experience in a consumer products company
• Fluent in German and good command of English and French (C1)
• Proficient with MS Office
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in using category management software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel to another site in France (Cambrai)
