Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced NetSuite Sales Manager to lead sales efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, particularly within the NetSuite software sector, and will be fluent in English. Fluency in German is highly beneficial for expanding market reach in German-speaking regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business targets and expand our customer base.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure objectives are met.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with potential and existing clients to promote NetSuite products and services.
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team’s product knowledge and sales skills.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices.
Sales Operations:
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Utilise CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate accurate sales reports.
Market Expansion:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in English and German-speaking markets.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote NetSuite solutions.
- Develop partnerships and alliances to enhance market presence and drive sales growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the NetSuite
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite products and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; fluency in German is highly beneficial.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
