Your Role:


Sales Strategy Execution: Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.


Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities. Establish and cultivate robust relationships with potential clients, driving market expansion through relentless prospecting and networking.


Value Creation: Drive current and future value by building a shared understanding of individual customer and overall portfolio profitability. Focus on differentiating at the customer interface.


Negotiation and Communication: Effectively communicate and negotiate complex sales contracts with customers. Educate customers on new products and product enhancements, clearly articulating and presenting product features and benefits.


Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers, often involving high levels of management, to foster long-term partnerships.


Technical Support Coordination: Coordinate regional resources to offer comprehensive technical support to customers as needed.


Product Presentations and Training: Conduct product presentations and training sessions to highlight the technical features and benefits of our chemical products, enhancing customer understanding and engagement.


Industry Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform and refine sales strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, R&D, and technical teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.


What You Will Bring:


- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a sales role within the chemical industry, demonstrating a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Sales Acumen and Negotiation Skills: Outstanding ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.

- Proactive and Results-Driven: Passion for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities.

- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer-centric mindset and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.

- Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to understand and address complex issues, providing effective solutions and support to customers.

- Flexibility to Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support business development activities.

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
