Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, mathematics, natural sciences or business administration, logistics experience gained during your studies in project management and/or as business analyst is an advantage
Knowledge and first experience in SCRUM and AGILE welcome
Very good written and verbal communication skills (German & English)

Responsibilities:

- Serve as a product expert, product evangelist, and the voice of the customer
Work cross-functionally to gather Responsibilities, customer feedback, and communicate priorities
Create mockups and prototypes to assist with development
Analyze metrics to understand customer and product performance
Analyse, design and specify in detail business logic, business processes and IT requirements for the Rail-Flow Ecosystem and its modules
Derive user stories from processes and features
Authorized to accept and approve implemented user stories
Create test concepts and support in quality assurance
