In partnership with our industry practices, the capabilities teams serve our clients during their most transformative moments.

We are seeking a Marketing Senior Associate to coordinate the marketing activities for our European Performance Transformation, Turnaround & Restructuring, and Operations practices. You will help take our ideas to market across various channels, playing a key role in content generation. Collaboration with our digital/social media, operations, events, editorial, and PR teams will be essential.

We are looking for someone who enjoys innovating and thinking about new ways to build the firm’s profile in the marketplace. Networking and connecting people across geographies, practices, and key accounts will be a crucial aspect of this role. Above all, we want someone who is passionate about showcasing how our work positively impacts our clients’ businesses.

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 60% office presence per month.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the marketing activities of our European Performance Transformation, Turnaround & Restructuring, and Operation practices, including content development and distribution, events, and digital/social media.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to help translate our knowledge, ideas, and project work into engaging marketing content such as articles, digital and visual assets.

Support end-to-end campaign management from idea generation to execution and post-analysis, using marketing automation tools.

Work closely with our digital, social media, editorial, PR, events, design, and business impact teams to ensure maximum marketing channel success.

Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaign data in collaboration with the analytics team to establish return on marketing investment.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing from an accredited university preferred (or comparable experience).

  • At least 5 years of experience coordinating marketing campaigns in a highly matrixed environment, working across multiple practices/business units, groups, and/or regions. Experience in a professional services environment is a plus.

  • Regional and/or global experience in developing and delivering marketing content across different channels, including web, social media, events, and PR.

  • Passion for creating engaging content for social media and web, with some editing experience preferred.

  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation systems.

  • Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong project management skills, able to work independently and in teams.

  • Excellent analytical and planning skills to assess the performance of marketing efforts.

  • Self-starter who can demonstrate strong initiative, confidence, and the ability to work with little guidance.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, fluid, and unstructured environment where priorities often shift.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
