Associate Creative Director (all genders)

YOUR MISSION:

Creative and General Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize Brand Campaigns: Lead the ideation and development of brand campaign concepts and projects, ensuring they align with the brand's vision and goals.
  • Business Growth Support: Lead and support the Strategy Director and Account Director in finding and seizing opportunities for ultimate business growth and overall senior client satisfaction.
  • Broad Creative Oversight: Take responsibility for the oversight of assigned projects and manage a pool of creatives, guiding them towards the successful execution of concepts. Guide creatives from the initial concept stages through to production, working alongside producers and project managers to ensure the final product meets quality standards.
  • Client Briefing: Assist the brand partnership team in shaping briefs for the creative team, ensuring client expectations are understood and met.
  • Client Relationship Support: Work closely with Account Directors to manage daily client interactions, helping to address client issues and strengthen client relationships.
  • Creative Presentations:  Participate in the preparation for and lead creative presentations, showcasing concepts and ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Support in the recruitment of Creative staff, helping to identify and onboard top talent to enhance our creative team.
  • Industry Expertise : Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and techniques, continually expanding your knowledge to keep our creative work at the forefront of the industry. 
  • Staff Leadership:

  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of emerging creative professionals, fostering their growth and helping them harness their talents effectively.
  • Motivational Leadership: Inspire and guide teams to utilize their unique skills and strengths, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with the organization's creative vision.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Participate actively in team meetings, including status updates and review sessions with, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management:  Collaborate closely with the creative operations team to identify, evaluate, hire, and oversee creative teams. This includes both in-house talent and a roster of freelance professionals and agencies.
  • YOUR SKILLS:

  • 7+ years experience proven track record of success leading creative strategy for integrated campaigns within the evolving digital landscape
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work across multiple industry sectors and teams, both internal and external
  • Outstanding client-facing communication and presentation skills to sell through creative work and inspire.
  • Management experience with the ability to lead and inspire our amazing creative team
  • Superb creative ideation skills; must be able to present to clients and internal stakeholders with charisma and passion; effectively selling in the importance of creative strategy
  • A strong sense of what Highsnobiety represents. You should be plugged in to popular culture with awareness of the what’s going in in fashion, music and other youth passion points
  • Ability to prioritize work and resources across team based on short and long-term needs
  • Can-do attitude with an ability to embrace new challenges and ways of thinking
