We achieve this by integrating with hundreds of devices, protocols, and APIs, managing a complex system to make the data actionable. Currently, we're connected to over 1 million metering points. On top of the energy data platform, we also offer add-ons that help building managers set up and monitor their metering infrastructure as well as create more transparency for tenants.

As building decarbonisation accelerates, the demand for our solutions is surging. To support this growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Founder’s Associate to join our dynamic team.

As a Founder’s Associate, you will work closely with our founders, gaining deep insight into the workings of a high-growth startup and making a substantial impact on the company’s trajectory. This role involves engaging in a wide array of commercially oriented tasks across sales, business development, marketing, finance, operations, and other critical business areas.

Responsibilities include:

• Sales & Business Development: Generate lead lists, conduct outreach to prospects, manage our CRM to drive new business, and much more.
• Account Support: Assist existing clients by answering product-related questions and performing basic product and operational tasks.
• Ad-Hoc Projects: Conduct research, create translations for sales materials, assist with project applications, etc.
• HR & Operations Support: Aid in recruiting, invoice creation, and collections and other projects.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with outstanding results.
• Prior experience or internships in marketing, sales or other business areas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English. German proficiency is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability and interest to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
• A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of problems and results, willing to go the extra mile.
• Meticulous, adaptable, with attention to detail and open to feedback and direction.
