As a People & Culture Intern or Working Student at Wunder Mobility, you'll dive headfirst into the world of HR. You'll help us find amazing talent by sourcing candidates and reviewing incoming applications, support in planning regular team events, and help keep our office running smoothly - you’ll even tackle some IT projects! You'll have a real impact on our company and the experience of our team, while gaining experience in the role of People & Culture at an international tech company. This opportunity is for a fixed time period of 4 - 6 months and is based on-site in our Hamburg office. Occasional work from home is possible depending on your projects but must be aligned with your Team Lead. 

What you will do
  • Recruiting Support: Actively source top candidates and support our Head of People & Culture in the initial outreach and overall pipeline management

  • Office Management & IT Projects: Support with projects around our office including office organization, process optimization, and IT inventory management

  • Team Events: Organize team events and contribute to an overall positive work environment for our team

  • Administration: Manage HR and Finance related document filing, HRIS system migration, and documentation audits 

What you bring to the table
  • Interest in starting a career in Human Resources (previous internships or experiences in Human Resources are a big plus!)

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology).

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a high attention to detail and quality

  • A ‘get things done’ attitude 

  • Excellent (verbal & written) communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Fluency in both English and German
