How you can get involved
Join BRITA as a "Sales Analyst Consumer Business (m/f/d) and play a key role in shaping our consumer sales strategies!
You will analyze sales data and market trends, providing actionable insights that support our global and regional decision-making. This position offers you significant opportunities for professional growth and a chance to influence the future of our consumer business. By driving innovations in sales processes and implementing cutting-edge technologies, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our market position and steering strategic success.
Your most important tasks at a glance:
- You collect, analyze, and report sales data using a variety of analytical tools.
- You provide regular detailed sales reports as well as ad hoc analysis and dashboards for management review.
- Tracking key metrics such as sales volume, revenue, market share, profitability and other KPIs is a key part of your job.
- You present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and driving strategic initiatives.
- Your tasks include conducting comprehensive market research to understand consumer behavior, competitor strategies, and market opportunities.
- You translate findings into strategic recommendations to enhance sales performance.
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, controlling, and operations to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Additionally you identify inefficiencies in the sales process and recommend improvements.
To realize your full potential with us, it would be great if you brought the following with you:
- Experience in sales analysis, market research, or business analytics, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proficient in using advanced analytics tools and software
- Excellent English language skills required, German is a plus
- Strong ability to analyze complex data sets
- Working collaboratively with multiple departments, including sales, marketing and controlling
