• Uncover new growth opportunities across new product categories, distribution channels and internationalization initiatives through in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses and strong business acumen
• Liaise with core management team members to contribute to the definition, prioritization and planning of core growth initiatives within a fast-paced environment
• Develop strategic partnership opportunities jointly with external insurance & distribution partners incl. requirement definitions, business case development and commercial negotiations
• Own core strategic, multi-stakeholder projects to drive successful launches on time via effective project management
• Support CEO & Head of Strategy / Operations on investor relations, board management and fundraising

• Have successfully completed a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
  
• Have gained first work experience in one of the following: high-growth startup (generalist / founder’s associate), top-tier management consulting, venture capital or private equity
• Possess strong strategic & analytical thinking as well as communication & presentation skills to relay thinking across seniority levels
• Work independently with a hands-on mentality and ability to anticipate and address potential roadblocks proactively early-on
• Have first experience in managing cross-functional, multi-stakeholder projects
• Experience in financial modeling is a plus
• Proficiency in German & English
