We are seeking an enthusiastic Founder’s Associate to help develop engaging programming and experiences for our annual conference. You'll collaborate with thought leaders, experts, and partners, drawing on your experience in project management, entrepreneurship, and tech. We need a team player with a passion for innovation and a proven ability to deliver creative programs involving multiple stakeholders while driving an ambitious global initiative forward.

We are seeking a talented and entrepreneurial individual who is passionate about being part of the world’s dialogue on AI: You will:

• Manage relationships with our partners from industry, academia, government and tech;

• Support our small team on planning, executing and monitoring a large variety of operational topics ensuring we stay on track to make the next edition of the AI House a success;

• Shape the agenda of the AI House and bring in ideas to best place the most relevant topics in the world of AI;

• Make sure that project material and communication is kept up-to-date and shared with the right stakeholders.

We are looking for extraordinarily driven and capable talent with an outstanding track record. You (are):

• Driven by entrepreneurship and possess a growth mindset;

• Excel at multitasking, prioritizing, and proactively finding creative solutions to drive results;

• Have previously at least done one internships in a similar environment;

• Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, with an in-depth attention to detail;

• Passionate about creating meaningful impact and contributing to the AI revolution and excited about the opportunity to build something and work closely with stakeholders across academia, industry, policy and tech; and

• Based in Zurich or Berlin and willing to occasionally travel for work, in particular to Davos.
