Job Title: Account Executive / Sales Manager

Type: Full-time

Terms: Remote, with onsite client visits

  • What we need:

    We are looking for a driven Account Executive / Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and help transform the hospitality landscape across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will be at the forefront of empowering independent hotels with innovative technology solutions, driving their success and shaping the future of hospitality.


    What will you be doing?

    • Follow up on Demonstration Requests & Other Leads:
    • Manage the full sales cycle, following up on marketing-qualified leads and demonstration requests.
    • Identify Decision-Makers & Critical Business Issues:
    • Uncover key decision-makers and business challenges within target accounts, stimulating interest in our solutions.
    • Schedule Demonstrations & Track Activities:
    • Organize and manage product demonstrations, ensuring all activities are tracked within the CRM.
    • Smooth Handoffs & Data Integrity:
    • Ensure a seamless transition to the implementation team upon closing deals and maintain accurate CRM data.
    • Contribute to Marketing & Stay Current:
    • Enrich inbound marketing efforts with local insights and stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
    • Client Visits & Travel:
    • Be prepared to prospect in person and travel locally as needed.


    Requirements:

    • Language: Fluent in German (non-negotiable)
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)
    • Experience: 3+ years in sales, ideally within the hospitality or technology sectors
    • Industry Knowledge: Extensive understanding of independent hotel operations
    • Skills: Strong communication, strategic thinking, results-driven, proactive problem-solving, adaptable, empathetic, and resilient.
