Sales Manager - DACH

Position Overview

We seek a Sales Manager to join our international team. This role is pivotal for those who are passionate about making a tangible impact on how companies operate within the realms of sustainability, providing innovative services that enhance both environmental outcomes and economic performance. We are seeking a person with a hunter mentality, someone who thrives on the pursuit and acquisition of new business opportunities for the DACH market.


The Role

The Sales Manager is tasked with driving Treedom’s growth by identifying, nurturing and securing strategic business opportunities in the sustainability space. This role requires a blend of expertise in sales and an understanding of sustainability challenges, with the aim to leverage deep sector knowledge to consult and advise clients on best practices and innovative solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Hunt and Secure New Business: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the sustainability sector to position Treedom as a leader in the sustainability space.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Decision makers Engagement: Engage with key decision makers of the potential clients companies, demonstrating the value of Treedom’s services in addressing complex sustainability challenges.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty to Treedom’s services.
  • Sales Forecasting: Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the company regarding client needs, the competitive landscape, and market trends to drive continuous improvement in our service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor 's or Master's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field are preferred.
  • Proven Sales Expertise, 8+ years of direct sales experience, preferably with a focus on sustainability, environmental services, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Italian language is a plus
