Position Overview:

Lead and support all activities to achieve store business objectives. Perform with high integrity in operation, loss prevention compliance, human resources management, as well as in visual merchandising presentation. Be a dynamic and inspiring leader who has a strong background in relationship building skills, with both external and internal clients. As the Store Manager, represent the brand as an MCM Ambassador by promoting the values and ambitions of the brand within the market place.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and recruit store employees;
• Comply with the specified sales targets;
• Responsible for all commercial and organizational tasks, e.g. merchandise management and staff scheduling;
• Active on the sales floor, looking after and advising customers, in particular VIP customers, building up the customer file, acquiring new customers;
• Design the presentation of goods in accordance with the visual merchandising guidelines;
• Organize and execute events in the store;
• Report to the management or person designated by the management for this purpose.

Our requirements:

• Must have a minimum of at least 3 years’ experience as a Store Manager within Fashion Retail or Luxury Industry;
• Excellent sensibility for luxury and customer centric attitude;
• Self-Entrepreneurship and proactive attitude;
• Work well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines;
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills;
• Organizational and planning skills;
• Flexible, supportive and reliable;
• Positive attitude, hands-on mentality and self-motivated;
• Fluent in German and English is a must.
