At PGIM, You Can!WHAT YOU WILL DOYou will be part of the pan-European portfolio management team and work on a wide range of strategic initiatives. On a single asset level, you will develop versatile analyses with regards to cash flow, budgeting and (re-)financing as well in depth hold/sell analyses. On the fund level, you will support the team, working on investor requests, quarterly reporting and any other internal and external strategic discussions, shaping the investment decision making process for the pan-European real estate platform. We are looking for an astute, determined professional to assist our portfolio management team.
