We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) who will contribute to develop and manage the business of the company on the German market on a regional level.


Key accountabilities :


Reporting to the German Sales Director, the RSM will be responsible to develop the sales of the Consumer Eletronics products, including TV & Soundbars in Germany. He will be based in the assigned region, mainly working from home office, but also having regular monthly business reviews in our office in Munich.


This will include, but not be limited to:


- Having the primarily responsibility of manage current open account in CE market and seek and acquire new accounts achieving best possible market penetration and achieve on the business target.

- Establishing and strengthen the relationship with regional customers.

- Negotiating prices and commercial conditions with regional customers.

- Taking responsibility of the country forecast by product line for the assigned customers.

- Helping develop results-based trade marketing strategies and promotional opportunities (from idea to execution) in cooperating with local marketing team.

- Providing feedback on customers, competition changes, volume potential, price roadmap, etc. in order to refine sales and market strategy.

- Analyzing market statistics, as to define the action plans in order to achieve the assigned targets.

- Helping maintain a complete prospect, competitor and customer database and provide information to

management as needed or requested.



Candidate profile:


- Minimum 5+ years in regional sales management and sales experience in similar role, with good experience in consumer electronics (significant TV market experienced will be an advantage).

- Have the mandatory network and knows how to approach the market and the buyers.

- Be skilled in developing close working and personal relationships with regional customers.

- Create reliable monthly sales and demand plans.

- Plan & execute the annual budget at regional account level.

- Plan and implement effective online and POS marketing activities.

- Represent our TCL brand at national trade fairs (like IFA, KOOP fair) and in-house exhibitions.

- Exchange information with the sales manager and other regional sales managers and work with them to implement regional activities in stationary retail.

- Be a self-starter who thrives on working independently to achieve ambitious new business targets while actively engaging as a team member, adhering to company guidelines.

- Be open to new business challenges and company initiatives.

- Have the breadth and versatility to function both at the strategic and tactical level.

- Demonstrated and effective skills in team working, time management, communication, presentation,

interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills.

- Previous Business Development experiences.

- Have mandatory language skills : German fluent (C1), English basic + (A2 / B1).

- Very confident with MS office (mainly Excel & Powerpoint), basic knowledge with CRM tools is helpful

- Open to travel mainly in your assigned region, but also towards HQ in Munich

- Will be passionate, highly energetic in their work, self-driven under minimal supervision, motivated, solution-oriented and hard working with a can-do & hands-on attitude with a proactive approach
