As an M&A Associate at Adragos Pharma, you will be integral to our growth strategy, working closely with senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and execute on merger and acquisition opportunities. Your role will involve detailed financial analysis, market research, strategic assessment, and negotiation support. • Support the M&A processes in Europe, Asia and North America, from sourcing to closing.
• Conduct thorough financial modeling and valuation analysis for potential M&A targets.
• Perform comprehensive market, industry, and competitive research to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed investment memos and presentations for senior management and board meetings.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various departments to ensure seamless integration of acquired entities. 
• Support commercial and financial due diligence processes, including coordination with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in deal structuring, negotiation, and closing activities.
• Track and analyze post-acquisition performance and integration success.

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics, ideally with a focus on Finance, M&A, or Accounting with excellent results. 
• 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development or strategy consulting with a focus on M&A or Corporate Finance, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong financial modelling skills & an entrepreneurial mindset
• Very good analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in German and English, French is a plus

Adragos Pharma was founded in 2020 to build a leading global CDMO player in the Small Molecule space. CDMOs (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization), produce approx. 25% of drugs that are available in pharmacies and clinics, thus playing a vital role in medication access for millions of patients globally. Due to the increasing pressure on healthcare systems (aging population, prevalence of chronic disease, etc.), the importance of CDMOs is only going to grow. 

Since 2020, we grew the team from three to more than 700 people, partnered with Scandinavian PE, FSN Capital, and a leading German Family Office, Prange Group.
