Keyjob responsibilities Influence technical priorities and businessstrategy through data-driven contributions, working directly withengineering managers and software engineers Collaborate withinternal Amazon businesses around the globe to define solutions forexpediting 3P services and optimizing technical integration Workwith both the Internal Software and Operations teams to launchprojects and provide ongoing project management support. Track thebusiness requirements with the Project/ Program Managers Globally.Recommend alternative technical approaches and support solutiondesign efforts to meet timelines. Work within and outside Amazon toencourage a fast and smooth adoption of the available services forExternal Fulfillment; gather requirements for enhancements; developdemos, sample and technical collateral as required. Work across theEU and partner with the NA in a cross-functional environment, andmaintain a strong communication process to ensure smooth andefficient flow of accurate information; Dive into technical detailsand ask engineers insightful questions about the services andsystems you influence Understand the systems and technologiesbehind operations processes, their limitations, scaling factors,boundary conditions and reasons for architectural decision.
