The role The BusinessDevelopment Associate will play a crucial role in Bob W’sperformance in Germany through the prospecting, booking, andmanaging corporate accounts. An integral member of our growing B2Bteam, this experienced seller will lean on their existing networkof travel buyers in Germany and have the toolkit to establish Bob Was the accommodations provider of choice in the area. They areself-starters and know how to proactively build and nurturerelationships with a tactical approach, delivering profitablerevenue and brand loyalty. As a key member of our Growth Team, youwill be a part of an international all-star group of customeracquisition and revenue management professionals. We swear by thegrowth hacking ethos which means that whilst we use all theestablished tools in the traditional Hotel customer acquisitionarsenal, we also test and tinker and aren't afraid to think outsidethe box. In this role, you will - Take responsibility for the wholebusiness development cycle. Cold contacting is one of your secretweapons - Ensure skyrocketing growth in direct B2B bookings - Buildlong-term partnerships with the local start-up community - Find theways to enter the "corporate” market - Establish a "hidden” salesnetwork by creating non-ordering collaboration relationships withlocal partners: restaurants, cafes, gyms, co-working spaces, etc -Collaborate with other internal teams to make data-driven decisionsand execute them successfully - Design and implement a strategicbusiness plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensuresits strong presence Job Level: IC2 Learn more about our careerdevelopment framework here.
